It is oil-free, very lightweight, and non-sticky as many moisturizers I have tried yet this Neutrogena moisturizer balanced my sebum production, give me enough hydration and reduce the inflammation of my acne. But it comes in a jar container which is not very hygienic for me (i would prefer in pump container). However, if you have a super dry skin type I would suggest a moisturizer that more thick than this.

Multivitamin is the most basic supplement that you need. Why I said so? Because multivitamins can help to fill in the nutritional gap. Multivitamins will give you complete daily nutrients. It consists of vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Before finding other supplements for your health issue you need to take a multivitamin first because some health issues might be caused by the deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals. A good multivitamin may have gender-specific, timed-release, and sufficient amounts of vitamins and minerals according to the daily requirements.
Essential fat
Essential fat like omega 3, the body cannot produce them. So u need to take from your food. Food that contains high omega 3 is deep-sea fish where we rarely eat. That is when the supplement comes in handy. Essential fat is important for our overall health. Because we need healthy fat for certain things such as regulate hormone.
Antioxidant
Example of antioxidant is vitamin C, OPC, vitamin A, vitamin E, etc. The antioxidant is very important to protect ourselves from free radicals. Free radicals are one of the unstable molecules or in an easier way to describe, it is a toxin that can damage your body (such speed up the aging process and easy to fall sick). Every one of us got free radicals due to our lifestyle (stress, poor sleeping schedule, exercise, pollutant) Besides, antioxidants can give you extra benefits such improve your immune system, brighten up your skin, etc.
Protein
Do you ever wonder why when we get older, our muscles start to reduce and even some of them may get sarcopenia? This is because we are lack of protein! People who dislike fish may get a high possibility to get sarcopenia as they get older. First thing first, know your protein requirement (1.0 x BWkg). Even though you eat fish but due to preparation techniques, the protein may reduce at the end you only eat less than 50% of the protein. This is why you still need to consider taking a supplement instead to make sure you get enough protein. Protein is very important to sustain your muscle and to ensure you have a firm nice body even when you are getting older.
Probiotic
Every supplement or nutritious food that you eat may become useless or less effective if you have poor digestion! What are the symptoms of poor digestion? Your body will full of gas (feeling bloated), indigestion, and what you eat seems no effect to your body. Probiotic will help to balance friendly bacteria in your gut. Having enough good bacteria help to improve your digestion in terms of nutrient absorption and hard to fall sick. Good bacteria may die and lose in certain circumstances such as food poisoning or antibiotic drugs. You may want to take probiotics every day because good bacteria can only last for 48 hours! But if your probiotic get enough food (prebiotic) they can reproduce and grow.

HERE! Okay, now we may continue. I have combination to oily skin. I've been struggling for almost 10 years with acne. Looking for a product that suits my skin was really challenging. After my acne calms a little bit, my skin was extremely drying and my skin barrier was really in a bad condition during that time.
I have this kind of attitude where I hate wearing any moisturizer for my skin as I felt like all moisturizer is very thick and make my skin even worst and oilier. Finally in late 2019 till now, I stick with this skincare routine and I find out my skin gets a lot better. My pores are clearer than before, the texture of my skin getting better, and it's hard to get breakout again. Alhamdulillah.
So without further due let's jump to my favorite skincare routine.
CLEANSER
As my previous skincare routine, I still using the Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser. I love how the texture and not irritate my skin. Even though it is not SLS free but it is gentle than other cleansers which are free SLS.
TONER
I use a different type of cleanser according to my skin concern during thattttt time.
All-time fav toner: I use simple every day as it can calm my skin and balance my skin pH level before I proceed to the next step. I combine with another toner if needed such if my skin is extra dry I will combine with my hydrating toner. Read a full review of simple toner HERE.
Hydrating toner: I'm using the Hada Labo light toning lotion. If you not yet read the review please click HERE. I cannot use this toner continuously as it will cause tiny bumps around my forehead(maybe I am allergic to some of the ingredients). However, in terms of hydration, this one really helps. It doesn't leave a sticky or tacky residue upon application.
Exfoliating toner: For exfoliating I use Cosrx BHA blackhead power liquid. I will use this toner 1-2 times a week. It is a very gentle exfoliating toner. No weird skin reaction upon application.
MOISTURIZER
This is my fav moisturizer EVER! The only thing I don't like about this moisturizer is it comes in a jar. But still, this is my holy grail product. I will do a review soon! Stay tuned! This one is Neutrogena hydro boost water gel. It was a gel type moisturizer.
SUNSCREEN
I wear sunscreen based on how my skin on that particular day.
Combination to oily skin: I use Biore perfect milk. It is a matte finishing. Suitable for oily skin. I have no issues wearing this product.
Combination to dry skin: I use Watson whitening sunscreen when my skin gets a little bit dryer than usual. This one is a dewy healthy look finishing. I love how fast this product absorbs without leaving any sticky or tacky feeling. However, throughout the day, my skin will get oilier.
"I eat a lot.. But my weight keeps on reducing." "I already tried everything but I still underweight." "I eat 5 meals a day but everything seems useless." Don't worry and DO NOT GIVE UP. There must be a reason. Check your schedule and your routine. How is your lifestyle? What kind of exercise you do? and What you eat? How many meals you take every day?
Every day u need to eat more than your target calorie. Even though you eat 5 meals a day, it might be your calorie intake is still low. Take more protein and carbs, and eat high-calorie food but low fat. Remember, you want to have an ideal weight with a nice shape, you don't want to increase fat.
Let me show you how my meal looks like every day.

In the morning I eat a lot as my body requires a lot more energy compared to the evening. I prepare my meal as in the picture. I make sure I hit at least 900Kcal in the morning but still low in the fat. Around 10am or 12pm, I drink my protein shake as an addition to my calorie intake. I am a big eater, I can drink my protein together with my lunch meal. But if u cant eat both at one time, gap your meal. Protein can make you feel full.
For my lunch meal, I eat about 1 heaping cup of basmati rice (sometimes more)- basmati contains less starch. With red beef soup- red beef contains high protein. I'm not forgetting my fiber intake that is why I include some veggie to my soup.
In the evening, I make my protein smoothie. Read
HERE for the recipe. It makes me so full. So at night, I just having my fruit to make sure I get enough fiber for a better bowel movement as I eat a lot and I need to take care of my digestive system too.
My tips are if you want to have an ideal weight and a hot body. Be disciplined! Wake up early, prepare your meal. And track your calorie intake. It might be hard for a beginner but once you get used to it, everything will get easier. Trust me!

I wear them as my skincare routine since late 2019 till now (2020). I really really love the texture. It contains a very simple ingredient which I like. Also good for brightening and anti-aging because it contains Niacinamide. But I didn't see much difference. But it terms of it calming the sensitive skin it is a perfect toner! This is my all-time favorite toner. I can't find any toner that better than this so far. If you have oily skin, you will love this. If you have dry skin, also you will love this for soothing your sensitive skin, but in terms of hydration, you might want to include hydration toner in your skincare routine!

Grilled chicken tortilla wrap. Why I named it as healthy tortilla wrap because it's healthy yet soo delicious. If I don't have any idea to cook, this will be my favorite on the go and ready to eat. Really simple, fast, and delicious. You can eat anytime, anywhere. Try this, I swear you all gonna love this one too!
- Tortilla wrap
- 1/2 cup cube chicken breast
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp oregano (optional)
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 heaping tbsp chili powder (reduce if you prefer non-spicy)
- 1/3 tbsp Mayo/yogurt
- Cherry tomatoes/ cucumber (chopped)
INSTRUCTION:
- Mix together lime juice, chili powder, oregano, salt
- Air fry or grill the chicken
- Mix with veggies and mayo/yogurt.
- Put on the tortilla and wrap nicely
- Put some water to stick the tortilla
- Grill the tortilla or air fry
- DONE! Ready to eat.

What is double cleansing?
A double cleansing method is well-known in Korea or now even worldwide. Double cleansing is a method where u wash your face twice by using both different cleansers. The 2 different cleansers are known as an oil-based cleanser and water-based cleanser.
What is the difference between a water-based and oil-based cleanser?
Water-based cleanser basically uses to remove all the water-based impurities such as sweat. While oil-based cleanser used for removing all the oil-based impurities such as waterproof makeup, waterproof sunscreen, sebum to prevent blockage at your pores.
Why is it so important?
Water cannot attract the oil or sebum as the water cannot be combined with oil which might cause clogging pores. Oil cleansers also able to remove makeup besides acne-causing impurities such as clogging pores and stubborn dirt. Removing makeup harshly, or using harsh chemical can cause acne too as the abrasive cleansing agent cause skin irritate and dry which may lead to Vulgaris acne. Oil cleanser is formulated with oil which can easily get off when emulsified with water.
How to do the cleansing with oil thing?
There are only 3 steps on the method of how you want to cleanse your face with oil:
- With a clean and dry hand lather the oil cleanser to your dry face.
- Emulsify with a little bit of water and massage it until you feel all the makeup and dirt already melts- it will turn to milky texture.
- Rinse everything.
- Followed by a water-based cleanser.

Bahan-bahan:
- Butter (125g)
- Susu pekat (1/2 cawan)
- Milo (1/2 cawan)
- Serbuk koko (1 sudu makan)
- Telur (0.5 biji)
- Vanilla essence (1 sudu teh)
Cara-cara:
- Patahkan biskut marrie. Letak tepi.
- Pastikan butter dalam suhu billik.
- Dengan api yang sangat perlahan, cairkan butter.
- Masukkan susu pekat ke dalam butter.
- Kacau dengan cepat untuk elakkan berketul.
- Tutup api.
- Masukkan milo dan serbuk koko sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau dengan laju.
- Bukak api, dan kacau dengan perlahan.
- Masukan telur dan esen vanila dan kacau dengan laju.
- Tutup api, biarkan sejuk sedikit.
- Asingkan sedikit daripada campuran tadi untuk buat toping
- Masukan biskut marrie sedikit demi sedikit.
- Selepas sebati, biarkan sekejap- untuk biskut marrie mengembang dan menyerap.
- Letakan ke dalam bekas dan letak toping yg telah diasingkan tadi.
- Biarkan sejuk atau masukan ke dalam peti ais lebih kurang 1 jam.
- SIAP & SEDIA DI MAKAN!!
ENG. VERSION
Ingredient:
- Butter (125g)
- Condensed milk (1/2 cup)
- Milo (1/2 cup)
- Cocoa powder (1 tbsp)
- Egg (0.5)
- Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
Instruction:
- Break down your marrie biscuit into pieces and let it sit.
- Make sure your butter is in room temperature
- At very low temperatures, melt your butter.
- After your butter melt, put in the condensed milk.
- Stir quickly to avoid your mixture become clumpy.
- Turn off your stove.
- Put the milo and cocoa powder little by little while stir quickly.
- Switch on your stove and slowly stir to make sure everything is warm and mix well
- After everything mixes well, put in egg and vanilla essence and stir quickly.
- Switch off your stove and let it cool down a little bit.
- Set aside a little bit of your mixture about 1/4 cup (for topping).
- Slowly add the marrie biscuit inside your mixture.
- After everything mixes well let it sit for a while- give time for the biscuit to absorb.
- Put it inside your pan and top it with the remaining mixture.
- Cool it down, let it sit in the chiller about 1hr.
- DONE & READY TO EAT!!
Tips:
- Jangan patahkan biskut terlalu hancur
- Pastikan butter dipotong dengan kecil untuk elakkan butter menjadi hangus
- Kacau menggunakan manual mixer untuk dapatkan mixture yang sempurna

My Opinion:
I love the way it emulsifies and melts on my skin. It removes my make up easily including the waterproof mascara. Even though I have oily skin, this product doesn't leave any greasy feeling after I emulsifying with water. It turns to milky texture and easily gets off from the skin. However, I still suggest using this as a double cleanser to make sure u remove the makeup thoroughly. As makeup can clog your pores and cause a breakout.

I'm having trouble increasing my weight as my BMI is only 16 and my weight did not even reach 40kg. I eat a lot at one time, but I am too busy to eat until 5 meals a day. So, I change my diet. In this recipe, I combine all the high-calorie ingredients to make a delicious and healthy omelet for weight gain. Because our goal is gaining weight and muscle not gaining fat. This is my favorite breakfast ever.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 1 chopped cheesy sausage
- 3 tbsp shredded cheese (mozzarella/ cheddar)
- 1 chopped crab stick
- 1 tbsp of minced onion
INSTRUCTION:
- Whisk together the eggs, black pepper, salt, sugar until well combined.
- Mix together everything.
- On non-stick pan and low-medium heat fry the egg.
- Close the lid and let it cook on both side
- Fold it into half
- Let it cook for another around 2 minutes each side to let the cheese melt.
- Place it on a plate and top with a lil bit of your favorite sauce either ketchup, hot sauce, thousand islands anything u prefer.

Do you have trouble looking for the best smoothie protein shake ever? There are tons of protein shake recipes but everything seems boring and yet not suit with your taste. We shared the same experience having trouble looking for the best protein shake yet healthy and delicious too!! I have tried so many online recipes of a protein shake but still, everything seems dull and the taste is really not me. It doesn't suit my taste. I can't even finish everything.
There are a few things u can try. Either experiment by yourself, adjusting the quantity, ingredient or try this easssyyyy recipe yet soo delicious and healthy!
INGREDIENT:
-2 tbsp Pure Honey
- 1 1/2 cup low-fat milk
-1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
-1-2 heaping tbsp Protein powder/ quick oat
-1 Frozen banana
INSTRUCTION:
Blend everything together and put in a freezer for a while before drink for an extra kick
Tips:
-You can switch low-fat milk to fresh milk or almond milk. DO NOT USE full cream milk the taste will be too creamy yet the calorie is too high.
-For protein powder I use whey protein from Herbalife use can use your own brand or switch to quick oat.
-Cut your banana to small bite before blend to make sure everything mixes well.
-If your goal is to lose weight you may want to replace the banana with ice to reduce the calorie and reduce the quantity of honey.
This is a small portion of butter cake recipe.
Ingredient:
- Butter (125g)
- Castor sugar (1/2 cup)
- Egg (2)
- Wheat flour (1 cup)
- Baking powder (1 tspn)
- Fresh milk (1/4 cup)
- Vanilla essence (1 tspn)
Instruction:
- Make sure your butter is in room temperature
- Mix together butter and castor sugar with very low-speed
- Put in the egg one by one into the mixture
- Make sure u get very smooth and shiny consistency
- Add on the filtered flour and baking powder little by little
- Mix well
- Add fresh milk and vanilla essence and mix with med. speed
- Spread your mixture into 3 bowl
- Mix the mixture with your favorite colour
- Buttered your pan
- Pour the mixture into the pan (in polkadot way)
- Use toothpick to draw and swirl some pattern to your cake
- Tap your pan against your countertop slowly to make sure you get all the air out from the mixture
- Pre-heat your oven for 10 min
- Bake your mixture for 30 min with 180℃ (depend on your oven)
- Ready to eat!
Tips:
- You can use self-raising flour instead of all-purpose or wheat flour
- Please ignore the baking powder if you are using self-raising flour
- Test your cake by insert toothpick at the middle of your cake. It should come out clean with no streaks of butter if your cake is ready.
- You can use spray pan oil as butter substitution for your pan. (not for cake)

My Opinion:
I wear them for about 2 months. I love how it absorbs into my skin. Doesn't leave any greasy feeling but I felt like enough hydration for my oily skin. It also doesn't cause me breakout but not helping my breakout even though it calms my skin. The ingredient was also very safe for sensitive skin beside of its affordable price. I need to change the moisturizer into the pump container for hygiene purposes.
