Protein bars are really not budget-friendly for me. I have plenty amount of protein powder in my house cuz I am diagnosed with lactose intolerance just after I bought the protein powder. So, I decided to DIY my protein bars as I can control the calorie and nutrients. Here I shared my favorite protein bars recipe.
INGREDIENT:
- 1/2 cup Protein powder
- 1/2 cup Rolled organic oat
- 4 tbsp Cranberry/ dried fruit
- 1/4 cup Chocolate chip
- 1/4 cup Almond chunk
- 1/4 cup Almond milk (137-degree brand) / low-fat milk
- Melted chocolate
INSTRUCTION:
- Mix all the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour in the almond milk
- Mix until all combine and become clumpy.
- Fold and press gently into a container already lined with baking paper
- Pour in the melted chocolate
- Put in the freezer about 5 minutes
- Cut into your preferred size and enjoy your homemade protein bars.
