Protein Bars Homemade

Protein bars are really not budget-friendly for me. I have plenty amount of protein powder in my house cuz I am diagnosed with lactose intolerance just after I bought the protein powder. So, I decided to DIY my protein bars as I can control the calorie and nutrients. Here I shared my favorite protein bars recipe.


  • 1/2 cup Protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Rolled organic oat
  • 4 tbsp Cranberry/ dried fruit
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chip
  • 1/4 cup Almond chunk
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk (137-degree brand) / low-fat milk
  • Melted chocolate


  • Mix all the dry ingredients until well combined. 
  • Pour in the almond milk
  • Mix until all combine and become clumpy.
  • Fold and press gently into a container already lined with baking paper
  • Pour in the melted chocolate
  • Put in the freezer about 5 minutes
  • Cut into your preferred size and enjoy your homemade protein bars.
