Having a migraine can be so distracting. Being unable to focus on current tasks, pain, muscle spasm, or muscle ache and can last for several days or even a week which can be so stressful. As a person who suffered a migraine in years, I shared these tips to ease your pain fast. (Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor, entry shared by self-experience -- please do not self diagnose and consult with a physician before performing any treatment by yourself)

  1. Understand the main cause
To treat migraines, you need to know what triggered your migraine. It can be varied (light, sound, lack of sleep, or shoulder/upper back muscle spasm). Avoid contact with the things that triggered your migraine. For example, if light causes your migraine, do not drive at night. Sharp light will cause migraines. Or you may wear sunglasses to avoid direct contact with light.

  2. Ice
This treatment is the fastest way to relieve my migraine. I will put an ice pack on my pillow and sleep with it. You may also pun on your upper back if you find a spasm on your back.

  3. Wet wrap
Make sure your face towel is fully soaked in the water (cold water is the best) then wrap it around your head including your forehead. I don't know how and why this thing works with migraines but this is the best treatment I have ever tried. It also can relieve my fever fast.

  4. Heat therapy
Heat can increase inflammation. But this treatment will work if you have muscle spasms on your upper back. Why do I always mention muscle spasms? Usually, my migraine always comes with muscle spasms. Heat can loosen your tight muscle. However, it is recommended for you to follow with ice therapy. The best is to gap around 5-10 min before continuing with ice therapy.

  5. Stretching
Shoulder /neck stretching can relieve the spasm besides migraines. Stretching will reduce muscle tightness and relax your muscle. You also may find yourself easy to fall asleep after a stretching session (that is how yoga can make your life better *wink*).

  6. Sleep
The more you relax, the fastest the migraine will go away. How to relax? Sleep. Sleep can normalize or I love to call it a restart process to everything. Do everything you can do to fall asleep fast. Dim light? lavender oil? relaxing music? white noise? stay still for 15 mins? try everything. Go extra if you want to.

  7. Medicine
I can't tolerate my migraine easily even though I try everything. Sometimes my migraine lasts a few days. So I will take my med (Cafergot). This will reduce my migraine within 1-3 hours. I am not preferred for you to take a pain killer. Please consult with your doctor which is the best to suit your symptoms. As for me, Cafergot works the best and the fastest.

Hello food lover. Craving for something far? Here is the Hot n Roll crispy wrap recipe for you.

  5. Top with all the filling and drizzle your favorite sauce
  6. Wait until your batter becomes crispy
  7. Fold it to half and another half to create a triangle look
  8. Serve when hot and enjoy!

TIPS

  1. Be patient, wait until your batter mixture becomes crispy do not turn to high heat (it will cause your wrap become soggy after a while or burnt.)

Prep-day or prepare yourself a day or "me time" or a spa day or just once a week general hygiene day or whatever you called it, can be one of the mediums you may try to relax regardless of your gender. Make it your routine.

Why do you need a spa day? and why is it so important? Because it is general hygiene for a human being besides you may want to spoil yourself. If you don't, who else will do?

How? This method is so simple and just spends less than a day. You don't need a luxury spa and you just can do it at home. If you want to be extra, go for it, make the environment feel cozy with dim light, spa relaxing music, the water sound, and the smell of nature such as peppermint or lavender, or wood.

What do I usually do on my prep day? So the content will be shaving/trimming, exfoliating, sheet mask/ skincare, mouth care,  manicure /pedicure, lotion/moisturizer, and hair treatment.

  1. Exfoliate
Not just face, you may also want to exfoliate your body. Our skin produces new skin every 28-40 days. So the dead skin cell will remove from our body after the new skin cell is "born" or grow. Exfoliation can vary either physical or chemical exfoliator. Physical exfoliator consists of loofah, small beads scrubber, or silicone scrubber while chemical exfoliator consists of AHA or BHA. Exfoliate can even your skin tone which may cause by friction or accumulation of dead skin cells.

  2. Shaving/trimming
Body hair usually grows within one to three weeks (depends). Long body hair can trap bacteria and may cause body odor. So, please remove your body hair. You may choose your favorite hair removal method. (Also read: hair removal method).

  3. Mouthcare
Flossing and brushing your teeth are everyday needs hygiene. For the prep day, I usually do the teeth whitening treatment just to be extra. You can place a visit to a dentist for scaling treatment if you want. Whatever it is is still your choice. Mouth care is very crucial to make sure you have fresh breath. (Also read: 5 tips to get the perfect smile and fresh breath)

  4. Skincare/sheet mask
The same goes for mouth care. Skincare requires you day and night routine. But go extra on your prep day. Go bold! Have some icy cucumber on your eyes, wear a sheet mask, exfoliate, roll the tomatoes ice cube on your face, or whatever that makes you feel special besides good once a week. Your day, your choice.

  5. Manicure/pedicure
The long nail can collect more dirt and bacteria. Bacteria on nails can cause food poisoning (in some cases). Trimming your nail once a week will keep them short, nice, and clean. If you want to keep long nails with fancy nail polish, make sure it's clean and free from dirt. + don't forget your toe! You can apply nail oil too or ointment to make make sure you have moist and shiny nails.

  6. Lotion and moisturizer
As you already exfoliate your skin, your skin may dry. So to prevent dryness wear lotion or any of your favorite moisturizers.

  7. Hair treatment
Shampoo and wear conditioner will help you have smooth and shiny hair. On prep day? go extra with hair treatments such as a hair mask. Soak your hair in a buttery conditioner or DIY hair mask also will do. Anything you prefer.
That is all of my once-a-week routines. If you want to go extra feel free to do so. It is your day and your choice. Don't let anyone stop you. Chill and relax. Have a great day ahead!

Have you ever wondered why you have a crack on the heel? Or do you just want to have a baby foot? This entry is proven 100% to reduce the risk of dry and cracked heels (well at least for myself).

  1. Foot soak
Once a week or maybe twice weekly. A mixture of Epsom salt and warm water foot soaking can boost your mood besides some studies have shown Epsom salt soaking can improve blood circulation to your foot. I would advance this step to scrubbing or exfoliate as soaking can soften the dead skin cell.

  2. Scrub
Physical exfoliator or scrub can remove all the dead skin cells as our feet always have dead skin cell build-up going through (due to friction). We walk every day, our feet dealing with friction which may cause the build-up of dead skin cells. You may choose either a tool such foot scrubber or soap that contains small beads-- make sure follow-up with a moisturizer.

  3. Nail
Keep it short. Keep your nail short. You don't need all those fancy pedicures, u just need a great nail clipper. Long nails tend to collect specks of dirt and bacteria more than short nails do. Trimming toenails can be tricky. You don't want to keep it too short or square as it may cause pain.

  4. Moisturizer + Socks
Moisturize your feet before your sleep time and always comprises with socks. Choose moisturizers that are very thick or you can switch it to an ointment which is better (you may use a moisturizer that contains urea or as simple as vaseline). But bear in mind, thick moisturizer or ointment can be really messy if you don't include socks in your routine besides of retain the moisture to your feet.

  5. Blister/warts management
You need to do some research regarding blister management especially for those who wear heels. The blister can turn into warts. Always make sure you have dry feet before you wear socks. Hygiene is very important to prevent infection (which may cause warts). Treat blister or wound on feet fast. Let your feet breathe.

Things can get overwhelmed especially for ladies when drugstores on their sales. So I will share what I usually buy during drugstore sales or what I have been eyeing. This entry is just to give you a better picture of what to look for at drugstore Malaysia.

Typically I will buy something that isn't sold in the other store and I will sort accordingly from head to toe.

For the tips to shop at Drugstore Malaysia:

  • Hold yourself
Make a list and stick to it. Limit yourself to buy only 1 product for 1 purpose.
  • Price comparison
Popular drugstore in Malaysia is Guardian, Watson, Caring, Big Pharmacy, AA pharmacy. There's a lot of choices, so please do some price comparison before you decide to buy.
  • Understand the marketing strategy
Please understand buy 2nd for 60% is equivalent to only 30% less for each product so it is just a marketing strategy and not really worth buying. Wait for buy 1 free 1 promo or 50% off which can save you more.
  • Understand the sales trending
From my POV, Guardian and Watson usually will have specific trends in sales. For example, this week skincare will have a 50% promo, that week I will buy or restock my skincare product only and I will wait for hair promo week to buy my hair product.

So after you already understand the tips and tricks, maybe you may want to try the product that I usually buy.

Hair product: Conditioner Nunature

Skin Care: Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel (Also Read: Review), Acne patch (Derma Angel / Cosrx), Banzac 5%

Teeth: Floss, Toothpaste

For Body: Aveeno Skin Relief Lotion, QV Intensive Body Moisturizer, Cotton pad (Also Read: Eczema)

Cons:
As this is an ointment, it can get quite messy sometimes.

My Opinion:
Nothing that I dislike about this product. This is too perfect for my eczema. It is cheap, comes in a squeeze bottle (travel friendly), and is absorbable even it is an ointment. I can't even remember how many bottles I finished. This is my must-have product. It doesn't contain water so it is sting-free even if you apply to cracked skin or wound due to scratching (especially for eczema).

My Opinion:
I really like this lotion for my eczema and dry skin patch. It really soothes my itch (due to dryness) and moisturizes my dry skin. The thick and creamy texture of this lotion really helps to last the moisture to my skin. I really didn't bother about the thick texture cause it absorbs fast and nicely to my skin. This post is more on how I handle my breakout. Breakouts are totally normal especially when you're a teen or woman. So don't worry, every problem comes with a solution. Here are my 10 tips on how to handle breakout based on my own experience and study.

Disclaimer: what works on me might be helpful and might not be helpful for you. If your breakout is unbearable please seek a dermatologist nearby.

My skin is a combination to oily skin sometimes it can be a combination to dry. Depends, but still, my skin type is a combination (the swollen near my eyes is due to ant bite-just ignore it).

  1. Cleanse your skin 2x a day
I know having acne on the face is soo uncomfortable and all you want is to get rid fast. But washing your face more than a day will not make it better, it just makes it worse. So please stop the habit and wash your face twice daily. Too little also will just make your skin dirty.  The best number is to wash your face twice daily (morning- after wake up, and night-before sleep). That's it. Simple!

  2. Apply treatment
In terms of treatment, there's a lot on the market, and can be overwhelmed. My tip is to make it simple. Treatment is not a magic cure that you can make your acne suddenly disappear. IT TAKES TIME! BE PATIENT!! Don't switch all your skincare to acne-fighting ingredients such as cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Just FOCUS on TREATMENT. My suggestion use benzac 0.5% or tidact in the morning after the moisturizer. And use retinoid such differin adapalene 0.1% OR tretinon 0.05% at the evening also after moisturizer.

  3. Eat healthily
This is the most basic thing. What you eat is what you plan to be. Avoid sugary and fatty food. Good fat is good for your body but trans fat can bring just harm to your body. Avoid fast food, candies, chocolate, sodas, and oily food. Switch to healthy food.

  4. Exercise
Exercise can discriminate toxin inside our body. So by exercise 3x a week can be beneficial to your skin besides keep you in a good shape (side smile).

  5. Wash your face after sweating
I know you loveeee exercise. But please wash your face after you get sweat. Sweat contains bacteria and toxins. If you let this dirt sit on your face too long and let them enjoy with oil that secretes from your pores, they bind together really fast and make your pores clogged. Prepare yourself to say HELLO to a new pimple. Even though you just sweating by tidy your room but take note it still S.W.E.A.T. Washing your face with plain water is enough, no need to be too fancy by wash your face with makeup wipes and so on.

  6. Keep hygiene
As usual, keep your life hygiene. Wash your pillowcase every week, wash your hair twice a week, sanitize your phone, apply sanitizer to your hand before applying any skincare, wash your make-up applicator frequently, and other unlisted hygiene routines. Keep your life neat and hygienic.

  7. Do not pick or touch your face
THIS IS THE MOST STRUGGLE PART. I understand... But still no excuses. Let it be, let the pimple go away on their own. Do not try to pop your pimple or your blackhead or others.. Just let it be.  Do not even try to touch with metal or cotton swab. LET IT BE. Wear an acne patch to your acne if you having a hard time controlling yourself. Acne patches can be really helpful since they also help to absorb oil and fasten the process.

  8. Do the 60sec rules
Have you ever heard about these rules? By washing your face 60 sec it allowed removing all the specks of dirt thoroughly. No need to bring a timer to your bathroom just enjoy the moment washing your face while singing a happy birthday song twice or ABC song.

  9. Keep it simple
Having a complex skincare routine may be beneficial to others but may bring harm to yourself. Keep. It. Simple. Just stick to BASIC (cleanser-moisturizer-treatment-sunscreen). You don't need any fancy serum or 100 layers of toner. Just make it simple. Besides, it can save your pockets too!

  10. Know the roots
This one is the hardest if you want to diagnose yourself. Get help from a dermatologist is the best. Know the reason for your breakout. It can be hormonal acne, PCOS, other medical conditions. If you treat the root, for sure your acne will automatically go away. You just need to know the reason to treat it! Eg; handle stress to treat acne that causes by stress, or wear oil-free skincare to treat acne caused by too much oil production.

Have you had trouble when all of sudden you get the call for an interview and you felt like your blackhead can change the result of your interview?? Here are my tips on how to cure blackheads fast. The definition of fast depends on your skincare routine and lifestyle too.

  1. Basic skincare routine
Before proceeding to other steps make sure you already have a strong basic skincare routine. (>3 months complete skincare). Basic skincare (cleanser-moisturizer-sunscreen)

  2. Twice a week routine

    Salicylic acid liquid
Clean your face with plain water and pat dry. Apply salicylic acid(SA) liquid (toner or serum) for 20mins. My fav always be Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA. What this can do is it will penetrate deep down to your pores and remove the dirt inside your pores.

    Clay mask
Without washing your face after applying SA toner, directly apply the clay mask. And wait till dry (do not exceed 15 mins). Wash it with plain water.  My fav is Innisfree Hydrating Clay Mask. A clay mask will dry your skin as the blackhead caused by excessive oil production on your pores.

    Oil cleanser
Wash your face with an oil cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser. My fav is Hada Labo Oil Cleanser and for water-based cleanser always be my Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser. Oil cleanser will act as a magnet that will remove all the oil from your face which a water-based cleanser cannot do.

    Skincare routine
Follow by your everyday skincare routine (moisturizer and sunscreen).

  3. Retinoid or mild AHA

For daily maintenance wear a mild AHA toner in the morning skincare routine (cleanser-AHA toner-moisturizer-sunscreen). My all-time fav is Pixi Glow Tonic. For night add retinoid in your skincare routine (cleanser-moisturizer-tretinon 0.05% / adapalene 0.1%). AHA toner can act as an exfoliator, find the one that gentle enough so you can wear it every day. For retinol cream, it can control sebum and stimulate collagen in your skin.

Dyshidrotic eczema is a skin condition involved in a lot of tiny blisters, scally, very itchy, and inflamed skin. A lot of things can trigger such as soap, metal, certain ingredients in skincare or hair products, water exposure,  humidity, dust, etc (almost everything can be the reason). This is my dyshidrotic eczema journey and what I do to recover.

2014
My very first time skin thinning progress around my fingertips. Every time I cook or clean I will feel something wrong with my finger. Very hot, red, and painful but no wound or blister noticed.

2015-2020

On my diploma year (2015 till 2017), my finger start to become very itchy, inflamed, and a small blister noticed. Seek dermatologist in Kuala Lumpur diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema and been prescribed steroid cream, ointment, and anti-histamine pills. On and off eczema flare. My fingerprint starts to fade.

My degree year (2017-2020), even though my eczema on and off but my eczema become worst. Scratching non-stop, wound, crack skin, scally skin, worse blister noticed. I cannot sleep, and every night is a nightmare for me cause usually my eczema flare at the night. Still prescribed with the same med but higher dosage of anti-histamine pills.

2021

In January 2021, I seek other dermatologists nearby Selangor. Got my very 1st steroid injection, and steroid cream. I still use my fav ointment (QV intensive body moisturizer). Took me about 1 month to recover. No more blister or eczema flare, just dry skin and easy to manage (as long as I stick to my routine)- also read: Hand care routine.

HOWEVER, I did get the steroid side effect that affects my menstruation cycle, hormonal acne on my face, back, and chest, unusual hair growth, etc.

As you can see here, my eczema took yearss to recover. And I can't guarantee this will last long. Maybe I may need another steroid shot? In some cases, dyshidrotic eczema is a life treatment that requires everyday care. You just need to be patient and always protect your skin to reduce the risk of getting a flare.

Having a flawless hand always be my number 1 target as I am an eczema patient? And also who doesn't want a flawless hand? Soft to be touch and look nice when wearing a ring or jewellery. I always have a mental breakdown when my eczema flare. Having dented nails, scars, unhealing wounds, etc is sooo embarrassing. So this is my hand care routine to treat all the problems mentioned above.

  1. Keep shower routine short and simple
Too long water exposure can make your skin lost moisture. Keep your shower routine simple and short. 10-min is enough. You can wash your face and brush your teeth separately while wearing the glove.

  2. Trim nail
The long nail can be the reason bacteria develop under your nail. Always keep it short so your hand will stay in good hygiene.

  3. Apply nail oil

You don't need a fancy manicure. Here I share with you a budget-friendly manicure. Avoid wearing any nail polish. Wear nail oil instead. Choose any of your favourite oil as mine is coconut oil, and put it in a nail polish container (you can get it almost everywhere). Apply to your nail every time your hand get wet.

  4. Apply ointment
Instead of hand cream, apply something thick such as ointment or petroleum jelly. This can lock the moisture in your hand and sting-free. Apply after you pat dry your hand. Or whenever you feel your hand dry. My favourite is QV intensive body moisturizer and vaseline 100% petroleum jelly.

  5. Wear glove
Wear. glove. every. single. time. possible! Choose a 100% thin cotton glove for you to wear every single time (except when you want to use the toilet or get your hand wet). Change your glove every 2 days.

Wear nitrile powder-free disposable glove whenever you want to get your hand wet such washing you face, apply skincare, apply hair product, touching anything that you allergic such dust or metal or fabric. A disposable glove is made for you to wear and throw immediately. NO 2ND TIME!

Use longggg waterproof WITH cotton linen glove whenever you do your laundry or dishes or washing your toilet.

  6. Choose soap and fragrance-free product
Even though soap is used for the body and hair, not for the face but still you need to use your hand. Choose soap and fragrance-free soap for the body and hair. My all-time favourite is QV or Cetaphil brand range. For my shampoo, I use baby shampoo as it is less chemical, and I use a 100% organic conditioner.

I hope this entry is beneficial for you. And may you recover fast also get a flawless hand with this hand care routine. Thank you for reading. If you find this is helpful feel free to share!

If losing weight is your goal then please stay till the last full stop cuz you'll get a better idea to help you lose weight.

  1. Diet
When you want to lose weight 1st thing you need to take care of is your diet. There is a study that states 80% of your weight management plan did not come in your training or workout session but comes from your diet.

You do not need luxurious food or high-class restaurant to give you nutrient-rich food. It is just as simple as how you take the food on one plate. Maybe following the guideline of the food pyramid might be too complicated for you.

To be simple, you need to divide your plate into 3 sections which 1/2, 1/4, and 1/4. 1/2 is consists of fiber or as simple as fresh salad, vege, and fruits. while another 1/4 comes from carbs or your pasta, rice, bread, etc. The last 1/4 comes from your protein. You can choose either steak, meat, chicken, or fish.

The amount of fat in your food, you can control by the choice of your food (example: instead of white rice, you may want to change it to brown rice. Instead of fried chicken you may want to switch to roasted chicken)

  2. Exercise
Why you still need to exercise even the training only contributes 20% to your weight management is because exercise can be very helpful to increase your metabolism which can metabolize your food intake faster and use it as energy. Low metabolism resulting in more fat production because you can't use your food as energy.

Next is the type of exercise that play an important role in your weight management program. For example, you may want to choose cardio training instead of strength training because cardio can burn more calories than strength training. However, both also need to be balanced.

Tabata training can be the best option. Read more HERE.

Everyone gets bored when facing the same routine over and over again right? The same goes for me. As for me whenever I want to try a new skincare product ofc I wanna look for better than my existing skincare. Few tips before jump to my favourite skincare, always READ A LOT OF REVIEWS, and INGREDIENT before purchase and DONT FORGET TO PATCH TEST on your skin as "introduce" new product to your skin. Without further due here is my all-time favourite skincare routine 2021.

  1. CLEANSER
Those who followed me would know that I really love Cetaphil Gentle Skin cleanser so much. I try to switch with other brands so far I do not find any better than Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser! So I stick with that so far. If you guys have any suggestions might leave the comment below. I would appreciate that.

  2. TONER
I still use my all-time fav hydrating toner from Simple and Hada Labo (also read HERE). But having exfoliating toner always be on my bucket list. So I tried Pixi Glow Tonic toner and immediately I fall in love with it!!! This brightens my scars and very gentle exfoliating of my dead skin which made my skin so glowing. If I lose on the island and I could bring only one thing. This is the one thing.

  3. EYE SERUM
This has been my routine since my 20's. I will make sure my eyes are always hydrated and moist to prevent any fine lines or wrinkles. So far, Garnier brightening eye roll is my choice since way moreeeee affordable than other on the market eye serum/ eye cream.

  4. MOISTURIZER
Always and forever my Neutrogena Hydro-Boost Water Gel. No need for further explanation on that. (Read HERE and HERE).

  5. TREATMENT
I still stick to these two lifesavers. Benzac and Differin. These two are the best and suit my skin the most. I wore these two every day after my moisturizer to avoid any appearance of pimples or acne. And these two really work wonder, I may say that. Differin also helps to stimulate collagen production so it is really good for anti-aging too!

  6. SUNSCREEN
I always change my sunscreen due to this is the most important step in my skincare routine and always be the number one finished product. So this year I would stick to this one Skin Aqua by sunplay due to the texture that suits my combination skin type.

Having a natural curly hair is so TROUBLESOME! It is harder than you think it is. Harder to manage, harder to style. That's why I always wanted to straighten my hair. Have you always monologue like this to yourself? Don't worry I'll share with you simple tips to make sure your hair stays curly, hydrated, and always in place. So chin up, sit back and read. Only 5 steps toward your goal!

  1. Use wide comb
Always your wide comb to detangle your hair. Do not use a brush even on wet hair. Because small bristle brush may damage your natural curl and just make it frizzy.

  2. Leave-in conditioner
As you always heard about. Use a leave-in conditioner. Apply the conditioner to your wet hair while crunching it. This way will make your hair bouncy and hydrated. You don't need a really expensive leave-in conditioner, all you need is to find a leave-in conditioner that suits your own hair.

  3. Trimming
Curly hair may damage and become dry at the end of the hair. So every month make sure you always trim the dead end. The dead-end of curly hair worse than you imagine. It can be straight, rough, and coarse. To prevent that from happening always trim about 1cm every month.

  4. Curl product
Choose your curly product wisely. Do not follow products that always hype in the market. Mostly they design it for straight hair. Find the one that suits your curly type (coil, big curl, or wavy). Stick to the basics! You just need shampoo and conditioner. Always keep it simple yet efficient.

  5. Style your curl
You may style your curl with gel. My favorite is aloe vera gel. You don't need a really fancy gel. Just make sure it is "gel". Your choice whether to diffuse your hair to dry or just air dry. Less heat the better.

That all my all-time favorite curly hair routine. P/s: whenever you wake up just spray your hair with some water and apply the leave-in conditioner and gel. Your hair will get back to its own shape whenever it dry. And remember, always to keep it simple.

Hi guys, this is an update for those SPM leavers that interested in the Sports Science course (based on personal experience).

On 16th April 2015, my UPU result came out and I got an offer for the UiTM Diploma of Sport Studies (Dip. Pengajian Sukan). BTW, the UPU result for the course that needed an interview is earlier than the usual UPU result (please keep yourself updated with the UPU result- Refer HERE). You will be given an offer letter and checklist for all the things that you need to bring along during the interview session. (Such as certified certificate, IC photocopy and original, etc.)

18 April 2015, the time has come. In my entire life, I have never been this nervous. You need to prepare physically and mentally. Because you will need to go through a fitness test and interview session.

My interview session took place at UiTM Shah Alam. So the first thing you need to do is fill all the form that has been provided on the actual date.  You will be divided into a few groups. Group by group will be called to go through the fitness test (please wear sports attire from home and spare formal attire). The fitness test consists of 4 which are agility T-Test, 5 levels sit up, static jump, and bleep test. There will be a briefing at each session before proceeding to the test so don't worry.

OFC, every test has its own rubric. Such for the agility T-Test ladies, you need to pass less than 10 sec. For bleep test at least level 5. Please do some research or watch youtube for every test so you can prepare yourself. MAKE SURE the one who holds your bleep test form KNOW&RECOGNIZE you (there is a case where the bleep test form mixed up between the candidates).

Don't worry too much if you are unable to meet the requirement (but at least try your hardest) because you still got a chance in the interview session. After you finish your fitness test, you will gather all the fitness test results to bring together with other documents for the interview session. You'll be given some time to change attire and a quick shower before the interview session. The quicker you got, the faster you can finish the day. So be fast!

Please take note, English is the mother tongue of UiTM so OFC the interview sessions will conduct in ENGLISH. In my case, the interview session took part in the hall. There are few stations in the hall. The first station will check if you have complete or missed documents needed, they even check if you did not certify your document. If you got your complete certified documents they will give you the Panel number.

The second station is a "waiting" station. Sit back and relax. There will be someone that will call your panel number if it is your turn. The last station is the interview station. 2 candidates at one time, 2-3 interview panels.

The question is depends on the panel itself. In my case, I was asked a few questions regarding the current sports issue, meaning of some acronym such as OCM, NOC (both international and local), and some small talk about yourself such as smoking habit and even asked to recite some of the popular Surah such Al-Mulk or Yassin. Worry-free, mostly the panel is the Sports Science lecturer and they are so sporting and supportive.

I passed the test, Alhamdulillah. Now I am 24 y/o finished my degree in Bachelor of Sports Science (Hons.) and currently work as a nutrition consultant while having a productive lifestyle and a part-time personal trainer.

I hope this post helpful for you. Don't forget to share if you find this entry is beneficial. Thank you.
Hi guys,

Some of us wanted so much to start a healthy lifestyle, workout 3 times a week but somehow we don't have that much time to go to the gym, or hired personal trainers. So, COVID-19 give a big impact on our world the same goes for us. Movement control order has taught us how to spend our time wisely to avoid boredom. • You can combine any 2 of these for 1 week. Eg: Monday (Full body), Tuesday (Lower body), Wednesday (Rest), Thursday (Full body), Friday (Lower body), Sunday (Rest), Saturday (Active rest - Swimming, brisk walk, etc)
  • Tips: Always combine a full-body workout with any other workout so you can still get your dream body also achieving your goal.
